WHAT DOES GIANT PENCIL PROP MEAN?

In my elementary university times, it was always one kid’s responsibility to dump out the class’s lone pencil sharpener receptacle at the end of day after day (once more, this was in the eighties and ‘90s, not historic periods). Yeah I have been carrying out it on the saw but I want to make a bunch of this stuff and undertaking it on the obs
